World's Best Chicken Pie Recipe.


What you will need:
2 large chicken breasts (skinless)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
3 teaspoons of mild English mustard
150ml sour cream
150ml liquid chicken stock
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1/2 cup of frozen carrots (small pieces) 
1 sheet of frozen puff pastry



Method:
1. Take out one sheet of frozen puff pastry and leave on the bench to thaw. 
2. Stick frozen vegetables in a large saucepan and start boiling them for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized chunks.
4. Cook chicken with the butter in an electric frying pan for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add flour, mustard, sour cream and liquid chicken stock and stir well.
6. Drain and add the vegetables. Combine well.
7. Pour complete mixture into a 25cm round pie dish, then lay the thawed puff pastry over the top.
8. Bake the pie in a preheated 200°C oven for 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve with mashed potato (Tip: Try adding a little bit of mustard to your mash).
10. Enjoy!
