Personality Series: What I am like at school/work.

According to my Jung personality test results, at school/work I am..

Extremely dependable when it comes to following through on tasks.
Damn straight I am. Just watch me slowly die inside if I think I might not finish something on time.

Unlikely to say "no" when I am given more work than I can reasonably handle.
Definitely. I say "yes" far too often.

Prone for working long hours and unwittingly being taken advantage of.
Ahh, too true! This statement pretty much applies to all areas of my life.

More likely to want to work alone, but can work well in teams when the situation demands it.
Haha! I'm not too sure about this one. I mean I definitely prefer to work by myself, but unless I am working with people that I am comfortable with I tend to be pretty horrible when it comes to working as part of a team. I have been known to be really bossy and controlling in those sorts of situations, especially when I feel like other team members aren't pulling their weight as much as they should be.

Accountable for my actions, and enjoy being my own boss.
I wholeheartedly agree with this. :D

Excellent at defining, organising, and planning out tasks.
Hmmm.. well I'm not always the best at defining tasks (e.g. my Uni assignments), but I am definitely excellent at organising and planning out even the most mundane of activities.

Hard working, yet resistant to put energy into tasks which don't make sense to me, or that don't seem like a practical use of my time.
This is why it takes me so long to get started on my Uni assignments. They're confusing and impractical, plus I never get the grades that I feel like I deserve.

Known for not giving myself enough credit for my achievements, and for seeing my accomplishments as the natural fulfilment of my obligations.
Yep. If others aren't openly giving me credit for my achievements, it's highly unlikely that I will be giving myself credit either.

Committed to the completion of work training and study, and believe that dropping out is irresponsible.
That's for sure. I stuck with and graduated high school even though I was sick at the time and had no hope of getting straight into Uni. I then stuck with and completed my Diploma of Justice Administration even though I realised half way through the course that I never actually wanted to be a cop. And now, despite all of my doubts and ups and downs throughout the course of studying to be a teacher, I am a fourth year education student all set to graduate in little under a year.

Likely to choose to work at a large, stable organization in the hope of finding financial security and an opportunity to prove my worth.
Hence why I'm currently studying to become a teacher.

Realistic about my skills and needs, and prefer to learn the basics before risking something beyond my capabilities.
I guess this is true when it comes to teaching, but this definitely isn't the case when it comes to blog designing. Sure, I'm realistic about what I can do, but if there's something I don't know how to do you can be damn sure that I will be trying to figure it out. :D

Prone to staying with a job or company that I do not particularly like because I regard financial well-being as very important and am willing to go without things, including emotional gratification, so that I can provide for myself and my family.
This is so true. I mean, I stayed with the last company I worked with for three years even though I never received any thanks for all of the hard work and effort that I put in, and I will more than likely stick with Teaching even if my hard work and effort goes unnoticed there as well.

Big on establishing procedures and schedules, and need structure, order and privacy for concentration without interruptions.
Sure am! I even scheduled this post for crying out loud. :P

Focused on facts, details and results. I like tangible products and concrete accomplishments.
I guess this explains my overwhelming desire to design other people's blogs.
