The first goal that I set myself was to overcome my fear and anxiety in regards to going out on my teaching pracs. At the time I thought that was virtually impossible, however I am happy to report that I got through my final prac without having a nervous breakdown, and that I'm not nearly as worried as I thought I would be about my upcoming internship this May. Goal One = Complete
The second goal I set myself was to ensure that both my blog and my design service grew tenfold. Now whilst my blog may not have grown that much (although my readership has more than doubled), my design service has certainly taken off far beyond my wildest expectations. Goal Two = Complete
My third goal was to simply enjoy being in love and to stop worrying about the future - yet another goal that I thought would be impossible to achieve. However, despite my insane need to control every aspect of my life, I honestly feel like I'm learning to focus on the present and leave worrying about our future (for the most part) to the future. Goal Three = Complete
Finally, the fourth goal that I set myself at the beginning of last year was to open my mind to new thoughts and possibilities. This is something I have definitely achieved, and in doing so I have allowed myself to find passion, excitement and a new found sense of peace. :) Goal Four = Definitely Complete!

1. Become more self confident by filming and publishing YouTube videos, expanding my blogging and YouTube audience, saying goodbye to the negative people in my life, and being more open with my family and friends.
2. Expand my design business to include personalised invitations, business cards etc.
3. Continue with my healthy lifestyle / longer locks journey, documenting my progress along the way.
4. Rid myself (and our apartment) of things we simply do not need. Just get everything in order basically.
So what are your goals for 2013?
Link your new years resolution posts up in the comments! :)

Congratulations on your achievements :). I always worry about the future and what I'm going to do, perhaps I should take a leaf out of your book and stop worrying! Good luck with your goals for 2013 xx

It's awesome to see that even though you didn't look at your goals all year that you still managed to accomplish them. Good on you!!
ReplyDeleteYour goals for 2013 look manageable and exciting. I hope you're just as successful this year.
I posted my goals a couple days ago. I chose to go the fun, no pressure route this year, since I'm terrible at following through on New Year's resolutions. http://www.nicolescoffeeshop.blogspot.ca/2012/12/no-pressure-goals-for-2013.html
Happy New Year!
