I just wanted to let you all know that starting tomorrow I will be kicking off my new 'Eat Yourself Clean' healthy living blog series. :D I have been promising I would start this series up for the last few months now, but due to my teaching internship and finishing up at Uni I was lucky enough to even be able to find the time to cook. Fortunately Uni is now over (forever!), so I will finally be able to live up to my promise! Woohoo!
The reason I've decided to create this blog series is threefold - to share my passion for 1) food, 2) living a healthy lifestyle and 3) helping others! Not only will I be posting healthy, tasty, tried and tested recipes once a week, but I will also be throwing in some healthy living advice posts here and there, and taking some requests for more specific health related post topics from all of you guys that I will then go off and research/report on (life long learning is an important aspect of living a healthy lifestyle after all!). ;)
For my first post tomorrow I will be sharing a 'getting started' guide to changing your eating habits. I feel that it is important for me to start off with a post like this initially as there are quite a few things I wish I had been told before I first started clean eating myself. The plan will then be that next Thursday, and every Thursday after that, I will share one of my favourite 'Eat Yourself Clean' recipes here on the blog, which you can then try out for yourself and use the hashtag #eatyourselfclean to share photos of your results on Instagram. :)
Words cannot describe how excited I am to finally be starting this blog series! It's going to be a lot of hard work, but I know that with your continued engagement and support I will have all the motivation I need to keep on going! :D
